The Island's disability cricket side started the season in fine form at the weekend. Playing host to London CCCCA, who have joined the ECB Championship this year, the Islanders were quickly in their batting stride with an opening partnership of 29 off just 4 overs. The Isle of Wight disability side continued their season with the visit of Warwickshire. The IW quickly had The Bears in trouble at 5 for 2. A 59 run partnership between Sam Wyles and Karl Astley seemed to have steadied the ship. But the first bowling change altered the match again.
