Callum Millers last game before moving to Australia saw his best performance for the u17 IWCB in a 2 day match against Cornwall at Redruth.C Miller came on to bowl when the score was 53 for 2 with the 2 batsman set for a good innings. 2 wickets fell in his second over , another in his 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th over, bringing his final figures to 9 overs 25 runs for 6. He then returned as a batsman and opened the batting with J Cheek putting on 37 for the first wicket. He batted for 1 hour and 4 min getting abuse from the home side finally submitted and was bowled for 17, second highest score of the iw innings. The island team drew the game after rain fell on the second day. A well deserved loosing draw. |
