Melissa Dear (19) shared a fourth wicket partnership with Alex of 125 in a score of 183 for 7.
Sophie Goldsmith then took 5 for 10 and Alex 3 for 19 as Wiltshire were all out for 112 in the penultimate over.
There were also wickets for Ellen Whitcutt and Melissa Dear.
